Cancellation & Auto-Renewal

We keep this simple: you can easily cancel anytime, in a few clicks, with no fees and no phone calls required. Here's exactly how it works.
1.Your membership auto-renews
Membership terms: Your membership is $397 for the first year. Unless you cancel, it automatically renews once a year at $197/year, charged to your payment method on file on your renewal date (the anniversary of your billing start date). Renewal continues each year until you cancel. Applicable taxes may apply.
By purchasing, you consented to this automatic renewal. We'll send a renewal reminder before each renewal so it's never a surprise.
2.How to cancel
The easy way: log in to your account and choose Cancel membership in your account settings. It takes less than a minute, and you'll get a confirmation by email. No call required, no "retention" hoops.
Prefer email? Write to Contact us from your account email with "Cancel" in the message (make sure to use the same email that we have on file), and we'll take care of it and confirm.
3.When to cancel to avoid the next charge
To avoid being charged for the next year, cancel before your renewal date under My Account. As long as you cancel before that date, you won't be billed again.
4.What happens after you cancel
- You keep access for the rest of the term you've already paid for — cancelling stops future renewals, it doesn't cut off access you've paid for.
- Your membership won't renew again, and you won't be charged further.
- There is no cancellation fee.
5.Refunds
Cancelling stops future charges. Whether you're also eligible for a refund of a charge already made is covered by our Refund & Guarantee Policy (including the waist-to-height guarantee on your first year).
