Refund & Guarantee Policy

Our guarantee

Follow the Reset and if your waist-to-height ratio doesn't move in the first 28 days of your reset, we'll give you your money back. You measure it yourself — no labs, no hoops.

1.What the guarantee covers

Our guarantee is based on movement in your self-measured waist-to-height ratio — not on reaching any specific number, and not on any blood test, lab value, or health marker. If you complete the requirements below and your waist-to-height ratio has not moved downward at all over the guarantee window, you're entitled to a full refund of your first-year membership fee.

This guarantee is about a measurement you take at home. It is not a promise about A1C, blood sugar, weight, or any medical outcome — those stay between you and your doctor.

2.What you need to do to qualify

  • Complete your 1-on-1 kickoff call and start the program;
  • Record a starting waist-to-height measurement at the start via the app;
  • Follow the core program during the guarantee window (meal planning and the steps your coach sets up);
  • Record your waist-to-height measurement every week via the app (you will be prompted)
  • Record your ending measurement at the end of the window using the same method (midway between your lowest rib and hip bone, relaxed);
  • Request your refund within 14 days of the end of the window (see Section 3).

3.How to request a refund

Email Contact us with the subject "Guarantee" from the email on your account. Include your name and your starting you're requesting a refund and any reasons why. We'll review your data logged in the app and, if the guarantee conditions are met, issue a full refund of your first-year fee to your original payment method within 5 business days.

4.Renewals

The guarantee applies to your first-year membership. Renewal charges ($197/year) are governed by our Cancellation Policy — you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

5.Other refunds & chargebacks

Outside the guarantee, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you have a billing problem or think you were charged in error, please contact us first at Contact us — we'll almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute.
